Today we finished filming! but unfortunately we can't put it on the mac because Ehren isn't here and he has our footage on his SD card. because of this we spent the seconded lesson looking at music and playing with the footage that we have on Premier Pro.
This is the updated production schedule that we followed.
16/10/14
Today we had the opportunity to shoot shots 12, 10 and 2, doing this we manged to catch up on shots we missed on Tuesday. Ehren was absent but we were able to carry on
15/10/14
Today we were unable to film because W 16 was unavailable, also James was absent. We took this opportunity to look up soundtracks for the film. We were able to select a few and we also read the premier pro handbook to get ready for editing.
14/10/14
Today we finally began filming in our location W16. Within the first hour we were able to complete around half of the shots with our main cast member thanks to the setup of everything the day before. This meant progress was good today, as well as with Reuben in the second hour of filming. There are still several random shots to film tomorrow however we have filmed everything that specifically required certain props (e.g. the milk) and cast members (i.e. Reuben).
13/10/14
Unfortunately, due to extreme weather conditions, we were unable to stick to our production schedule today. The rain meant another group had to film in W16, our main location, whilst one member of our group was missing. Because of this we dedicated the first lesson to preparing for production as Ellie taught me and James how to use a Digital SLR Camera. The second lesson today, we were able to get into W16 so took the opportunity of setting up the lighting as was planned for earlier that day. This has in effect set us back by one section of our production schedule (see above post) but has meant we now have Wednesday in addition to our filming schedule to pick up some unfinished shots.

In today's lessons we were able to complete all the required paperwork for the pre-production assignment task. For me this included the final edits to the storyboard, as well as the completion of our new shot list. Meanwhile, Ehren typed up a risk assessment for the shoot to ensure we know what to do in the event of any accidents. I went along to W16 again and took a few pictures to go with our Recce sheet. Finally, we typed up a contact sheet with all of our contact numbers and email addresses to complete all the paperwork!
03/10/2014Today we finished the adult talent agreement form and the location release form. we also finished the budget list, pro list and production schedule! we are keeping them in a plastic wallet together so its all together. we are now about to do the risk assessment.

01/10/14 Production update
Today we learnt how to fill in location release forms and permission forms. We also finished the story board we just need to fill in the sound. We also did a recce on the green screen room and found out that the door is not what we really need. The black screen is perfect for the shots of me and we found a lamp that gives the perfect light for what we need. Next lesson we want to fill out the location release and permission slips.

30/09/2014 Production update
Today in my group we confirmed the final idea and finished the shot-list. We changed the idea to fit in with the DepicT videos we have watched and we wanted to have more of a comedy ending with hits throughout the clip. We have 16 shots all together and we have decided to film in black and white to really help the build-up of suspense. We have just started the story board and taking it in turns to fill it out so we all get a chance to experience doing it, and so we all understand the shots when it comes to filming it.

Next lesson we hope of finishing the story board and creating a costume list and getting props ready, but for now we are all happy with our idea and we are looking forward to the finished product and added it to DepicT.
